Job summary

GECO Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise automation using the Power Platform and Azure ecosystem. You will focus on Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, building integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure, SAP, and REST APIs.

The role emphasizes production support, governance, and managed services to meet SLAs and KPI commitments. The candidate should have 5–7+ years in software development and 3–5+ years in Power

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of overall software development experience.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
• Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, REST APIs, SQL, and Azure fundamentals.
• Experience supporting enterprise production environments.
• Experience working in managed services or application support teams.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or SAP integrations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Python or C#/.NET is a plus.
• PL-400, PL-200, or AZ-900 certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Build integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure, SAP, REST APIs, SQL, and external systems.
• Develop automation solutions to improve business and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues.
• Monitor application performance and conduct root cause analysis when required.
• Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing Power Platform solutions.
• Ensure development standards, documentation, governance, and quality requirements are followed.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, knowledge transfer, and transition activities.
• Support SLA, KPI, and managed service commitments.
