Job summary

EY GDS seeks an accomplished Power Platform lead in Cebu City to guide the design, development, and deployment of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions. You will partner with stakeholders to automate processes and drive efficiency.

A seasoned leader will mentor developers and analysts to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery within a professional services setting. The role requires strong SQL, O365 expertise, and experience delivering governance, security, and adoption initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
10–14 years of experience preferred, ideally in a professional services firm.
At least 5 years in a lead role managing teams and senior stakeholders.
Strong expertise with Power Platform stack and O365.
Solid SQL skills and data integration experience.
Proven track record delivering high-quality projects on time.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and deployment of applications using Power Platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve processes.
Mentor and manage developers and analysts to ensure timely delivery.
Establish governance, security, and best practices for Power Platform development.
Provide training and support to maximize adoption of Power Platform solutions.
Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
