Job summary

Qualifications
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in BI, application development, data solutions, or related technical roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, reporting, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Proven experience designing technical architectures and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
- Experience in technical leadership, project delivery, developer mentoring, or solution architecture.
- Knowledge of application integration, data management, security, and deployment across development and production environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Develop and maintain business applications, automated workflows, dashboards, and enterprise reporting solutions.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable technical architectures aligned with business requirements and organizational standards.
- Establish development standards, conduct code reviews, perform quality assurance, and optimize solution performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and recommend process improvements.
- Integrate Power Platform applications with enterprise systems and data sources, including SAP where applicable.
- Manage solution deployment across development, testing, and production environments.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the reliability, performance, and maintainability of delivered solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, mentor developers, and promote development best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer, user training, and solution adoption.
