Job summary

Manulife Financial in the Philippines seeks an Investment Operations Senior Specialist, Optimization & Automation to design, build, and maintain automation solutions using Power Platform, connecting Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI with SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook. You will translate business requirements into scalable workflows across Global WAM Investment Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Operational experience in investments or market operations preferred.
• 3–5 years in investment operations with data visualization, automation, BI tools.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform, SQL is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows with Power Apps/Power Automate.
• Create interactive Power BI dashboards for actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable automation.
• Test, deploy, and maintain Power Platform solutions per standards.
• Provide user training and documentation for solutions.
• Support cross-department information flow and process improvements.
