Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is hiring an Automation Developer I in the Philippines to design, build, test, and deploy automation using Power Platform. You will develop Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions; create workflows, dashboards, and reporting; and ensure secure, governable implementations.

You will collaborate with DXO leaders, stakeholders, and IT teams to deliver scalable automation that reduces manual work and supports digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years hands-on experience in automation development, Power Platform development, RPA, workflow automation, or software development.
• 3–6 years cumulative technical experience across development, scripting, automation, reporting, integration, or systems implementation.
• Experience delivering automation solutions in an enterprise or governed IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Build end-to-end business apps, workflow automations, approval flows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Develop Canvas and Model-driven Apps as appropriate for business use cases.
• Create Power Automate cloud and desktop flows to automate repetitive tasks.
• Integrate Power Platform with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL/databases, APIs, connectors; ensure secure data flows.
• Maintain governance, security, deployment notes, and documentation throughout automation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with DXO leaders, automation supervisors, stakeholders, and product teams.
• Produce and share technical docs, runbooks, and knowledge resources.
