Job summary

Bolder Group in the Philippines is seeking a versatile Power Platform Support Engineer to join the IT operations team on a hybrid schedule. You will build, enhance, and support Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse integrations.

Work closely with business users, IT operations, and developers to ensure reliable, scalable solutions. You will balance development tasks with production support while maintaining security and governance across the stack.

Qualifications

Experience designing and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
Hands-on development and production support for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Ability to work with business stakeholders, IT operations and developers.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) with usable UI and custom functionality.
Build and maintain Power Automate flows and Dataverse workflows to support processes.
Integrate third‑party systems and services (SharePoint, Azure) to extend solutions.
Provide Level 2/3 production support and perform root cause analysis.
Maintain documentation, runbooks, and governance aligned with security standards.
Collaborate with IT Operations and Security to ensure compliance.
