Job summary

DTCC is seeking a Senior Associate in the Enterprise Portfolio Office Governance Execution & Decision Enablement to support governance cadences and enable decisions across the portfolio. You will help run executive forums, coordinate readiness, and maintain records for clear accountability.

You will translate complex topics into actionable decisions, provide visibility into risks and blockers, and partner with risk, data, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality reporting and governance

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience in portfolio management, PMO/EPMO, governance, or program delivery.
• Experience supporting executive committees or governance forums and senior management workflows.
• Ability to synthesize complex program information into clear decision points and actions.
• Strong organizational skills with calendars, agendas, materials, and follow-through routines.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of enterprise governance forums with crisp agendas and post-forum communications.
• Coordinate committee readiness activities including calendars, content standards, and readiness checks.
• Maintain action, escalation and decision records and ensure owners and next steps are tracked to closure.
• Translate complex portfolio topics into clear decision points, options, risks and escalation paths.
• Provide consolidated visibility into risks, issues, dependencies, blockers and change control items.
• Prepare regular status updates and insights for senior leadership in coordination with portfolio partners.
