Job summary

DTCC is seeking a Senior Associate in Governance and Reporting within Enterprise Services in Metro Manila. You will spearhead high-priority projects, conduct data analysis, oversee risk reporting, and provide informed recommendations.

You will manage metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor organizational health, support data-driven decisions, and lead cross-functional initiatives with a focus on risk mitigation and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor organizational health, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee and ensure the timely resolution of open risks, issues, and audit items, providing regular updates to management.
• Monitor risk incident data, enabling increased stakeholder awareness, gathering relevant information and performing effective challenge on teams to enhance overall risk environment.
• Recommend and implement tools that enable management to make self-driven data decisions, reducing production time and risk, while partnering with key stakeholders to understand business needs and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to track audit progress, findings, and resolutions, providing insights that support compliance and risk mitigation.
• Foster a collaborative environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
• Lead and contribute to team-impacting projects and initiatives to drive operational excellence.
