Job summary

Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking a Senior Associate for Enterprise Portfolio Office Governance Execution & Decision Enablement to drive governance efficiency and decision quality across the enterprise portfolio. You will coordinate forums, logs, and escalations while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver clear recommendations to senior leadership.

You will translate complex program topics into actionable decisions, manage timelines, and support governance

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience in portfolio management, PMO/EPMO, governance, program delivery, business management, strategy execution or a related discipline
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting executive committees, governance forums, portfolio councils,executive-level workflows or senior management review routines.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing calendars, agendas, materials, decision logs, action trackers, escalations and follow-through routines.
• Ability to synthesize complex program and portfolio information into clear decision points, options, risks, dependencies and executive-ready communications.
• Working knowledge of risk, issue, dependency, change control and portfolio health reporting practices.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across business, technology, risk, finance and delivery teams in a complex organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; experience with project or portfolio management tools such as Planview and JIRA preferred.
• Must be amenable to work EMEA/Mid shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of enterprise governance forums through crisp agendas, pre-reads, decision asks, materials, meeting outcomes and post-forum communications.
• Coordinatecommittee readiness activities, including submission calendars, content standards, review cycles, readiness checks and follow-up with initiative and program teams.
• Maintain action, escalation, decision record and follow-through routines to ensure decisions are clearly documented, owners are identified and next steps are tracked to closure.
• Help translate complex portfolio and program topics into clear decision points, options, impacts, risks and recommended escalation pathways.
• Provide consolidated visibility into risks, issues, dependencies, blockers and change control items requiring governance attention or leadership decisions.
• Partner with Portfolio Advisory and Standards, Controls, Data & Continuous Improvement teams to strengthen input quality, reporting consistency and executive material standards.
• Support rationalization of forums, meetings and reporting routines to reduce administrative burden while improving decision quality, accountability and transparency.
• Prepare regular program and portfolio status updates, insights and recommendations for senior leadership and key stakeholders in coordination with portfolio partners.

The Senior Associate, Enterprise Portfolio Office Governance Execution & Decision Enablement, supports the governance operating cadence and decision enablement routines that convert portfolio and program information into clear decisions, ownership, escalation paths and follow-through. The role helps run efficient executive governance forums, coordinatecommittee readiness, strengthen decision quality, maintain action and decision records, and provide consolidated visibility into risks, issues, dependencies and blockers across the enterprise portfolio.
