Job summary

Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) seeks a Senior Associate in Governance & Reporting to spearhead high-priority projects within Enterprise Services. You will conduct data analysis, oversee risk reporting, and provide informed recommendations while aligning projects with milestones and delivering timely results.

You will monitor metrics, drive dashboards, and support management with risk insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor organizational health and trends.
• Monitor risk incident data and challenge teams to improve risk environment.
• Introduce tools to enable self-driven data decisions and reduce production time and risk.
• Maintain reporting frameworks for audit progress, findings, and resolutions.
• Foster collaboration and promote teamwork across the team.
• Lead and contribute to projects driving operational excellence.
• Balance workload while following procedures and timelines.
• Train team members for consistent execution and risk reduction.
• Present information clearly to stakeholders and secure buy-in.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and drive process improvements.
