Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Policy Admin Specialist to provide administrative support to policyholders, partners and distributors, handling policy admin transactions and inquiries with care and accuracy.

You will ensure turnaround times, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with other units to deliver correct policy information while maintaining adherence to SOPs and company guidelines. Experience in life insurance is preferred; hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Related insurance qualifications would be an advantage.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in the Life Insurance industry
• Certificate in Life Insurance or Diploma in Life Insurance would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Handle policy admin transactions and inquiries from clients and partners.
• Ensure processing within established turnaround times.
• Review, prepare, and file policy changes, corrections and reports.
• Provide training and support to other units on Policy Owner Services processes.
