Job summary

Seven Consulting is seeking a PMO Consultant to work with clients to deliver high-quality PMO services across projects, programs and portfolios. You will support successful PMOs and collaborate with senior executives to ensure robust planning, reporting and governance.

We value leadership, risk management, process improvement and the ability to drive improvements in PMO capabilities. The role requires energy, resilience and strong references; CET hours may apply for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as an analyst in a PMO for multiple large IT programs.
• Experience supporting senior executives to ensure robust project planning, progress reporting and governance.
• Ability to drive processes in risk management, reporting, facilitation of review meetings, cost estimates and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Support the PMO Manager in establishing and operating the PMO for a project, program, or portfolio.
• Drive improvements and uplift PMO capabilities.
• Develop and implement robust processes, supporting governance and controls.
• Refine PMO practices in line with changing requirements and establish best practices and frameworks.
• Liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the client’s organisation.
• Motivate and guide other members of the PMO team.
