Job summary

Seven Consulting is seeking a PMO Lead to stand up and run a PMO for multi-million programs, ensuring governance and delivery excellence. You will mentor PMO analysts, elevate maturity, and provide insightful executive-level reporting to drive strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in PMO leadership within large tech environments, a proven track record across traditional and agile programs, and strong stakeholder management from boardroom to delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years raising the value and visibility of PMOs in large tech environments.
• Experience standing up and managing PMOs for both traditional and agile programs.
• Strong stakeholder wrangling from boardroom to stand-up.
• Experience across project-, program-, portfolio-, and EPMO-level governance.
• Demonstrated leadership that people want to follow.
• References that prove integrity, resilience and strategic vision.

Responsibilities

• Stand-up & run the PMO for complex projects, programs or portfolios.
• Lift maturity by overhauling processes, tooling and metrics.
• Govern like a pro with schedule, cost, RAID and benefits control.
