Freshworks is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy and narrative for our core ITSM products, Freshservice and Freshservice for Business Teams. These are the largest, highest-visibility products in the Freshservice portfolio.

This senior individual contributor role reports to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing and works with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and PR to drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and shape how the market understands what

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product marketing for enterprise SaaS or enterprise software.
• Ownership of end-to-end product launches.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to distill ITSM and AI into simple, value-driven messages.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Sales, Marketing.
• Strategic thinker with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience selling to IT decision makers, preferably IT operations.
• AI-forward marketer using AI to enhance product marketing.
• Strong positioning instincts and ability to differentiate messaging.
• Proven ability to create sales enablement materials used by reps.

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market strategy for Freshservice's ITSM and Enterprise Service Management products.
• Craft compelling messaging and positioning to help customers understand why Freshservice wins.
• Lead product launches end-to-end, partnering with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and PR.
• Enable sales to win, delivering messaging, competitive insights, and content that accelerate deals.
• Shape market narrative with Analyst Relations on Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and others.
• Turn customer and competitive insights into action, influencing product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Measure launch performance and refine positioning and market bring-to-market approach.
• Champion AI-powered service management and articulate Freshservice value.
