Vera Solutions seeks an experienced Program Manager to drive complex initiatives from planning to delivery, ensuring high quality and timeliness. You will coordinate across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Client Success, and business teams, promoting AI-enabled delivery practices and structured project execution.

Success means proactive risk management, transparent governance, and continuous process improvements that elevate delivery quality and stakeholder alignment across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of program or project management in software delivery.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, QA, and business teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning, prioritization, risk management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and planning/reporting platforms.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and AI-enabled delivery practices.
• PM/PSM/CSM or equivalent certification.
• Basic understanding of software architectures, APIs, Git workflows, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of multiple initiatives across product development, client engagements, AI offerings, and internal projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones.
• Identify risks early, remove blockers, and drive resolutions.
• Lead release planning, execution tracking, and post-release reviews.
• Partner with teams to ensure commitments are realistic and transparent.
• Define and improve delivery workflows and AI-enabled practices.
• Establish quality gates, definitions of done, and metrics.
• Provide clear status updates, risk assessments, and forecasts.
• Manage cross-functional communications and stakeholder coordination.
• Support capacity planning and resource allocation across workstreams.
