Years of Experience: 10+ Years

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Plumbing Engineer with 10+ years of professional experience in plumbing engineering and design. The ideal candidate must have expert-level proficiency in Revit (10/10 - MUST) and extensive experience working on high-rise, resort, and hotel projects.

Experience with US-based projects and standards is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop plumbing designs for complex building projects, including high-rise buildings, resorts, hotels, and commercial developments.

• Create, develop, and maintain detailed plumbing models and construction documents using Revit.

• Design and coordinate domestic water, sanitary, storm drainage, and other plumbing systems.

• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure proper plumbing integration.

• Coordinate plumbing systems with other disciplines and resolve design and modeling conflicts.

• Perform design reviews, quality checks, and technical assessments of plumbing drawings and Revit models.

• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and designers.

• Review project specifications, plans, and requirements to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.

• Participate in coordination meetings and communicate technical requirements with project teams.

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of plumbing designs, drawings, and project deliverables.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Plumbing Engineering/Design.

• 10/10 Revit proficiency - MUST HAVE.

• Extensive experience with high-rise, resort, and hotel projects.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing system design, documentation, and coordination.

• Experience with multidisciplinary MEP coordination and clash detection.

• Strong understanding of construction documents, specifications, and plumbing codes.

• US project experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with US plumbing codes and standards is an advantage.

• Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
