Job summary

DCCD Engineering Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a BIM Architect to join our design team. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field and proficiency with AutoCAD/CADD for 2D drafting and Autodesk Revit for 3D modeling of plumbing and utilities are required.

You will apply strong knowledge of BIM tools, workflows, model creation, and coordination, and be familiar with Model Development Standards. Availability to start immediately is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/CADD for 2D drafting and Autodesk Revit for 3D plumbing and utilities modeling.
• Strong knowledge of BIM tools, workflows, model creation, and coordination.
• Familiar with Model Development Standards.
• 1-2 years of experience in building projects.
• Experience in large or complex projects and an engineering consultancy environment is advantageous.
