Job summary

Dimension All Group is seeking an experienced Sanitary Engineer in the Philippines to lead plumbing and sanitary design for diverse projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of professional experience and deep expertise in Autodesk Revit, with exposure to U.S.

projects considered a strong advantage. You will design, document, and coordinate plumbing systems across residential, commercial, and multi-family developments, ensuring compliance with codes and project specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sanitary Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Plumbing and Sanitary Engineering.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and sanitary system design and documentation.
• Experience with U.S. projects, codes, and standards is a strong advantage.
• Experience working on residential, commercial, or multi-family projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of MEP coordination and clash detection.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop plumbing and sanitary systems for residential, commercial, and multi-family projects.
• Prepare detailed plumbing and sanitary drawings, layouts, and documentation using Revit.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Coordinate plumbing and sanitary systems with other engineering disciplines.
• Perform plumbing system calculations, sizing, and design according to project requirements.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Conduct design reviews and identify potential clashes or coordination issues.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, architects, and project teams.
• Revise drawings and designs based on project requirements and client comments.
• Support project teams throughout the design and documentation process.
