Job summary

PHPC Co. Ltd. Inc invites an experienced Project Planner to join our electro-mechanical construction team. You will develop detailed schedules, track progress, and coordinate with electrical, mechanical, civil, and HVAC groups to ensure integrated planning and on-time delivery.

You will estimate manpower, equipment, and materials, identify schedule risks, and enforce compliance with specifications, contracts, and safety standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–8+ years of experience in project planning for electro-mechanical or construction projects.
• Experience in MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fireprotection) systems is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project or equivalent.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, civil, and HVAC teams for integrated project planning.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly project progress.
• Estimate manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
• Identify schedule risk and potential bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and safety standards.
