Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 10–12 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced scheduling tools.
• Strong knowledge of CPM, EVM, and schedule risk analysis.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and influence executive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Establish planning standards, methodologies, and best practices across all projects.
• Deliver high-level schedule and progress reports to senior management, clients, and stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and highlight opportunities for efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and other stakeholders to ensure integration and milestone achievement.
• Ensure adherence to contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and corporate policies.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
