Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Senior Planner for ANZ to lead integrated Demand & Supply Planning across Australia and New Zealand. You will drive S&OP, manage inventory performance, and coordinate outsourcing initiatives with cross-functional teams.

You will serve as the primary Supply Chain representative for strategic customers, leveraging SAP and analytics to improve forecast accuracy and planning effectiveness while driving Lean digital planning improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field.
Minimum 5 years in supply chain planning in a manufacturing environment.
Experience leading Demand & Supply Planning and S&OP processes.
Experience in regional/global supply chain environments.
Preferred CPIM/CSCP, Lean Six Sigma or similar training.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Demand & Supply Planning for the New Zealand business.
Facilitate regional S&OP across commercial, financial and operations teams.
Manage inventory planning across raw materials, WIP, FG and imported products.
Lead outsourcing and external manufacturing initiatives, including governance.
Coordinate operational purchasing for imported materials and overseas suppliers.
Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance and Portfolio teams.
Serve as primary Supply Chain representative for strategic customers.
Use SAP and analytics to improve forecast accuracy, inventory performance and planning effectiveness.
Drive Lean and digital planning improvements.
