Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Senior Planner for ANZ to lead integrated Demand & Supply Planning across Australia and New Zealand. You will drive S&OP, manage inventory performance, and coordinate outsourcing initiatives with cross-functional teams.

You will serve as the primary Supply Chain representative for strategic customers, leveraging SAP and analytics to improve forecast accuracy and planning effectiveness while driving Lean digital planning improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading Demand & Supply Planning and S&OP processes.
• Experience in regional/global supply chain environments.
• Preferred CPIM/CSCP, Lean Six Sigma or similar training.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Demand & Supply Planning for the New Zealand business.
• Facilitate regional S&OP across commercial, financial and operations teams.
• Manage inventory planning across raw materials, WIP, FG and imported products.
• Lead outsourcing and external manufacturing initiatives, including governance.
• Coordinate operational purchasing for imported materials and overseas suppliers.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance and Portfolio teams.
• Serve as primary Supply Chain representative for strategic customers.
• Use SAP and analytics to improve forecast accuracy, inventory performance and planning effectiveness.

What does a Senior Planner - ANZ do?

Sealed Air is seeking a highly motivated Senior Planner - ANZ to lead the integrated planning process for the Australia and New Zealand region.

This role leads the regional Demand & Supply Planning process, drives Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), manages inventory performance, coordinates operational procurement, and leads outsourcing initiatives across the Product Care business — partnering closely with Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and Portfolio teams to translate business strategy into executable supply plans.

As the planning lead for New Zealand and the regional lead for ANZ outsourcing activities, the role also serves as the primary Supply Chain representative for strategic customers and plays a key part in driving collaborative supply chain initiatives with customers and external suppliers.

Why do we need you?

• Lead the end-to-end Demand & Supply Planning process for the New Zealand business, ensuring demand, supply, inventory, and capacity plans support customer requirements and business objectives.
• Facilitate the regional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by aligning commercial demand, supply capabilities, inventory strategies, and financial objectives across key stakeholders.
• Manage inventory planning and performance across raw materials, work-in-process, finished goods, imported products, and equipment to achieve service, inventory, and working capital targets.
• Lead outsourcing and external manufacturing initiatives across Australia and New Zealand, including make-versus-buy evaluations, supplier transitions, governance, and continuous improvement of outsourcing processes.
• Coordinate operational purchasing activities for imported materials and overseas suppliers, ensuring timely material availability, supplier performance, and alignment with production requirements.
• Partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Portfolio Management, and Global Planning to proactively identify risks, resolve supply constraints, and ensure execution of business priorities.
• Serve as the primary Supply Chain representative for strategic customers, supporting collaborative planning initiatives, supply chain improvements, and customer service excellence.
• Utilize SAP, planning systems, and business analytics to improve forecast accuracy, inventory performance, planning effectiveness, and operational decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement by standardizing planning processes, improving operational performance, reducing complexity, and implementing Lean and digital planning solutions.

What are we looking for in you?

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience LEADING (not solely supporting) Demand & Supply Planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Experience managing inventory planning, procurement, and operational planning activities.
• Experience leading outsourcing, external manufacturing, or supplier collaboration initiatives is highly desirable.
• Experience working in a regional or global supply chain environment.
• Preferred: prior people leadership experience; APICS CPIM or CSCP certification; Oliver Wight S&OP / Integrated Business Planning training; Lean Six Sigma certification; multi-site manufacturing exposure; digital planning / supply chain transformation experience.
