White & Case LLP Manila Global Operating Center seeks a Business Analyst to enable data-driven decisions. You will partner with stakeholders to translate needs into BI solutions and drive iterative delivery in an Agile environment.

The role emphasizes data quality, governance and ethical analytics, with responsibilities spanning reporting, ad hoc analysis, and Power BI enhancements in a client-focused, international law firm setting.

Qualifications

3–4+ years of hands-on business analysis and stakeholder management.
Experience in professional services preferred.
Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, DAX, SQL, and VBA.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
Excellent English language communication, written and spoken.
Bachelor’s degree in computing or information science.

Responsabilités

Provide first-level BI reporting support with data analysis and visualization.
Prepare ad hoc and standard analyses with clear commentary and recommendations.
Document stakeholder pain points and translate them into actionable work items.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements.
Apply Agile practices, participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
Gather user feedback to improve BI solutions and user experience.
Develop and enhance Power BI reports and data models.
Ensure data quality, governance and ethical standards in analytics.
Deliver demos and create user guides for BI solutions.
