Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Payroll Officer (End to End Payroll) in Clark, Pampanga. This hybrid, day-shift role supports monthly internal payroll, weekly contractor payroll, and consultant commissions, ensuring accurate pay-runs and timely month-end processes.

You will handle payroll data administration, reconciliation, and reporting, while adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements and collaborating with the Finance Team for year-end tasks.

Qualifications

• High level understanding of payroll processes.
• Ability to perform payroll analysis and reporting under supervision.
• Experience using payroll software effectively.
• Experience dealing with compliance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end payroll function for Stellar, including monthly internal payroll, weekly contractor payroll, and consultant commissions.
• Support the administration of the payroll data to ensure our processes are correct, the data tables are maintained, and the data reconciles on a rolling YTD basis.
• Ensure all pay-runs are prepared with accuracy, all backup information is saved, and all required reports are produced and saved.
• Support the preparation and processing of payroll month end, ensuring payroll data reconciles YTD.
• Support preparation and processing payroll creditors such as PAYG, Superannuation, Child Support, IRD Payments.
• Assist in reconciling all payroll related GL accounts each month with the Finance Team.
• Assist in reconciling and execution of payroll year end within the required timeframes.
• Assist with payroll audits of employee contracts as directed by Payroll Specialist / Group Financial Controller.
• Provide backup and coverage for the Accounts Team when required. This includes weekly billing and AP invoice processing.
