Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Payroll Officer for a hybrid role in Eastwood, QC and Clark, Pampanga. You will support the payroll function across the business, join the Payroll Team, and assist the Payroll Team Leader in day-to-day payroll operations.

The role covers monthly internal payroll, weekly contractor payroll, and consultant commissions, with emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and data integrity. Hybrid work setup and day shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting payroll functions across an organization.
• Knowledge of payroll compliance and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Run monthly internal payroll across the business.
• Run weekly contractor payroll and process consultant commissions.
• Reconcile payroll data on a rolling year-to-date basis with backup documentation.
• Ensure payroll runs are accurately prepared and properly documented with required reports.
• Support month-end payroll activities and payroll creditors processing (PAYG, Superannuation, Child Support).
• Assist Finance with reconciling payroll-related GL accounts each month and year-end processes.

Your Role

To assist with running the payroll function across the business and support the Payroll Team and Payroll Team Leader.

Accountabilities

• Support the end‑to‑end payroll function for Stellar, including:
  • Monthly internal payroll
  • Weekly contractor payroll
  • Consultant commissions
• Support the administration of payroll data to ensure:
  • Processes are accurate and compliant
  • Data tables are maintained
  • Payroll data reconciles on a rolling Year‑to‑Date basis
• Ensure all pay runs are:
  • Prepared accurately
  • Properly documented with backup information
  • Accompanied by all required reports, which are saved accordingly
• Support the preparation and processing of payroll month‑end activities, ensuring payroll data reconciles YTD
• Support the preparation and processing of payroll creditors, including:
  • PAYG
  • Superannuation
  • Child Support
• Assist the Finance Team in reconciling all payroll‑related GL accounts each month
• Assist with the reconciliation and execution of payroll year‑end processes within required timeframes
• Assist with payroll audits of employee contracts as directed by the Payroll Specialist and/or Group
