Job summary

EY Philippines – GDS is seeking a Manager in Workforce Software within the People Consulting team. You will lead complex client engagements, drive delivery, and coordinate cross-functional teams across regions. The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and high-impact transformations for payroll and HR processes.

The ideal candidate brings extensive Workforce Software experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multi-location projects while traveling as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• 12–16 years of experience in a senior capacity

Responsibilities

• Contribute to firm growth and lead engagements within Workforce Software practice
• Participate in full life cycle activities and ensure solutions meet business requirements
• Serve as Functional or Technical lead depending on project size and skill set
• Collaborate with Process Specialist during discovery workshops
• Advise project delivery during Build and Test
• Manage client communications and relationships across global locations
• Coach and develop team members and conduct performance reviews
