Job summary

Google Operations Center is seeking a Tech Process Senior Associate - Payments in Metro Manila. The role supports payment processing and facilitation for monetized Google products, collaborating with operations, engineering, and finance to document technical solutions and resolve partner issues.

You will configure and test services, monitor integrations, and follow playbooks to resolve issues while maintaining clear communication with cross-functional teams and ensuring accurate case management.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Linux operating systems.
• At least 1 year of Java programming experience in a source controlled environment.
• Experience building a web application.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate highly technical documents into understandable support content.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Amenable to work in US shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test new payment services; perform necessary coding.
• Monitor and troubleshoot partner integrations issues.
• Follow documented processes to resolve partner issues.
• Use debugging tools to identify root cause and triage issues.
• Project manage multiple partner projects autonomously.
• Communicate across cross-functional teams clearly and effectively.
• Serve as point of contact for post-launch partner discussions.
• Maintain and update the case management system and status.
• Identify escalation needs and hand off to higher support tiers.
• Document new processes and validate/update documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes.
