Job summary

Google Operations Center in the Philippines seeks a Tech Process Team Lead for gTech Ads ORION to lead a product-expert team, drive KPIs, and coordinate with Engg, CoE, and gAE to deliver fast, high-quality support for advertisers.

You will own weekly and monthly metrics, mentor staff, handle escalations, and collaborate on new product launches with documentation and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 9+ years in operations with digital marketing exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads products and Analytics.
• Customer-first mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to analyze issues and identify root causes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a specialized team of product experts for 1+ PAs; ensure continuous workflow and governance.
• Improve metrics and drive the team to meet KPIs/SLAs.
• Coordinate with Engg, CoE, gAE to set KPIs and implement changes.
• Oversee risk management and communication with stakeholders.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
