Job summary

Alter Domus in the Philippines is seeking a payments operations professional to handle multi-currency payments for clients, investors, and suppliers. You will liaise with banks, ensure timely processing, and monitor SLAs within a strong control framework.

The role requires a degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics, some payments or supervisory experience, and keen attention to detail. Opportunities for automation projects and career development are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Payments experience preferred.
• Supervisory or team management experience beneficial.
• Project/change management experience; interest in automation desirable.
• Advanced MS Office knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, check and release payments for clients, investors and suppliers in multiple currencies.
• Liaise with agent banks via relationship managers ensuring timely processing.
• Ensure operations meet SLAs within a robust control environment and manage risks.
• Record time spent on client matters to ensure correct invoicing.
• Review processes and controls; identify risks and drive improvements.
• Take on additional responsibilities and project work as needed by managers or clients.
• Support management by monitoring service delivery and team performance.
• Assist with periodic and ad-hoc reporting for management and stakeholders.
• Monitor team email inboxes and help resolve queries.
