Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee a client portfolio in the Philippines. You will guide a team of accounting professionals, review outputs, and act as a key client liaison to ensure accurate financial monitoring, invoicing, and risk management.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in asset management, strong IFRS knowledge, and excellence with Excel and Word. You will operate in an international team, driving improvements and coordination with external service providers.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in asset management or fund administration.
• Strong IFRS understanding.
• Advanced Excel and Word skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to lead a diverse international team in Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to meet client needs and foster team growth.
• Guide accounting controllers and act as final reviewer.
• Serve as central contact to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Ensure all operational aspects and financial monitoring, including invoicing.
• Coordinate and validate all work delivered by the team.
• Manage relationships with auditors, law firms, and banks.
• Contribute to internal projects such as product development and process improvements.
