Job summary

Advice Lab Inc in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a Paraplanner to prepare compliant SoAs/RoAs, model financial scenarios, and support a wide range of advisory tasks. You will work with advisers, ensuring technical quality and regulatory compliance across documents.

You will use Xplan daily, develop complex strategies (superannuation, pensions, lending, SMSF, trusts), and maintain strong relationships with authorized representatives while improving paraplanning processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar advice-support role.
• Strong knowledge of superannuation/pension strategies, recontribution, lending and investments, SMSF and trusts.
• Hands-on experience with Xplan (essential).
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree or 2 years college with 2+ years experience.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Exceptional written and communication skills.
• Ability to link strategies to outcomes/benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare compliant Statements of Advice (SoAs) and Records of Advice (RoAs) tailored to adviser requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, technical quality, and compliance across all advice documents.
• Assist in developing complex advice strategies, including superannuation & pension strategies, re-contribution strategies, home equity lending, investments, SMSF, and trust structures.
• Conduct financial modelling: comparing current vs. recommended positions.
• Complete all tasks and workflows within Xplan (full system functionality required).
• Maintain strong professional relationships with authorized representatives.
• Contribute to improving paraplanning processes and documentation.
