Job summary

Aevena is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to lead CyberArk PAM administration, IAM governance, and security operations across our technology landscape. You will partner with Information Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams to ensure privileged access is secure, compliant, and highly available.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT security with hands-on CyberArk experience, strong incident resolution, and a track record of process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, cybersecurity, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in IT operations or security; 3+ years CyberArk administration.
• Experience with enterprise PAM environments and IAM concepts.
• Strong scripting and platform administration skills.

Responsibilities

• CyberArk administration, maintenance, and operational support.
• Configure safes, platforms, privileged accounts and access policies.
• Onboard accounts, rotate passwords, monitor PAM activity.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and audits.
• Provide Level 2/3 support and root-cause analysis.
• Develop procedures, docs, and dashboards; mentor juniors.
