Qualifications

• Hands-on application development experience.

• Strong cyber security principles and identity security knowledge.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tooling, and automation.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
• Strong people and stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical contribution with people leadership and delivery oversight.
• Experience driving engineering excellence and coding standards.
