Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a highly skilled PAM & NHI Specialist with DevSecOps focus to lead and operate Privileged Access Management and Non-Human Identity systems. You will secure CI/CD pipelines and automate secrets provisioning across IT and OT environments.

The role requires strong incident resolution skills, hands-on experience with leading PAM platforms, and collaboration across security, development, and operations teams to maintain compliance

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Associate degree + 5 years, or Bachelor's + 3, or Master's + 2, or 7+ years in IT.
• Hands-on experience with PAM platforms (Delinea, HashiCorp, CyberArk, Akeyless, Infisical, BeyondTrust).
• Experience managing non-human identities in hybrid environments.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python).
• Knowledge of Azure AD, network security, and access control practices.
• Shift flexibility and schedule adherence required.

Responsibilities

• Operational Support:Provide operational support for our PAM and NHI systems, ensuring high availability and performance across IT and OT environments.
• Monitoring & Maintenance:Perform routine health checks, system updates, and maintenance tasks to ensure operational stability and compliance.
• Incident & Problem Management:Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to privileged access and identity management, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• OT Environment Support:Collaborate with OT teams to ensure PAM solutions are effectively integrated and maintained within industrial control systems and other OT platforms.
• Identity Lifecycle Management:Operate and maintain systems that manage both human & non-human identities (e.g., service accounts, APIs, devices), ensuring secure provisioning, rotation, and decommissioning.
• Documentation & Reporting:Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and compliance reports related to PAM and NHI systems.
• Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities to optimize existing PAM/NHI operations and contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps-focused Principal Systems Engineer to support and operate our Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Non-Human Identity (NHI) Secrets Vault solutions across both IT and OT environments. This role is part of a global cybersecurity team responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and compliance of PAM and NHI systems. You will play a key role in the secure integration of secrets management within CI/CD pipelines, enabling automated and compliant access for both human and non-human identities (e.g., service accounts, APIs, containers, IoT devices). The position requires strong operational capabilities, incident resolution skills, and a deep understanding of DevSecOps principles to ensure seamless collaboration between development, security, and operations teams.
