Vertical Institute is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to own end-to-end paid media for direct response campaigns. You will design, test, and optimise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads to generate qualified leads and enrollments with measurable ROAS.

You’ll build measurement infrastructure, analyse performance, and communicate insights to stakeholders, while keeping campaigns agile in Singapore’s fast-moving edtech market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in performance marketing or paid media buying.
• Proven expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
• Experience with TikTok Ads preferred.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4.
• Ability to independently research, develop strategies, execute campaigns and optimise performance.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
• Apply direct response principles to campaigns with offers, CTAs, and funnel tracking.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Conduct audience, competitor, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor performance daily and propose action plans using CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Manage budgets and maximise return on ad spend.
• Collaborate with creative, content, sales, and product teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and next steps.
