Job summary

Bestpak Packaging Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep and efficient operation of all plant equipment, machinery, and facilities.

You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs for plastic molding machines, extrusion lines, HVAC systems, boilers, and utilities, aligning with production plans and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem solving, and a track record in EHS, GMP, and ISO 9001:2015 frameworks.

Qualifications

• Graduate of technical/vocational course, engineering or engineering-related courses, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in packaging or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of EHS, GMP, and ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) is an advantage.
• Strong communication and administrative skills with proficiency in Word/Excel.
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities; safety regulations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all utility and production equipment.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely maintenance and address non-conformances.
• Maintain upkeep of facilities, grounds, and buildings, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Align maintenance with EHS, GMP, ISO 9001:2015; participate in internal audits.
• Perform inspections of utility areas and production facilities; address issues promptly.
• Prepare maintenance reports, conduct root cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement.
