Job summary

Mace in the Philippines seeks a seasoned MEP delivery lead to drive project outcomes, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining safety, quality and compliance across teams.

You will lead cross-functional MEP teams, coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors, drive procurement, design coordination and sustainable delivery strategies, and manage risk, performance and close-out to maximize value for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Formal engineering qualification or recognized technical apprenticeship.
• Strong MEP delivery, planning, commissioning and commercial management expertise.
• Sound knowledge of construction sequencing, risk and project controls.
• SMSTS, CSCS and a commitment to health, safety and quality excellence.

Purpose

Accountable for the delivery of MEP services on projects to the agreed outcomes for time, budget, safety and quality requirements. Ensures high-quality, time-efficient and profitable delivery, whilst providing leadership and accountability for compliance, governance, assurance and management of teams of Technical and Construction. Builds and retains key working relationships with colleagues and internal and external stakeholders.
