Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in the P&C insurance industry with exposure to commercial insurance.
• Skilled at interpreting and working with data models.
• Proficient in developing workflow diagrams.
• Familiar with policy administration systems (Client).
• Comfortable with rating structures, underwriting workflows and digital submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release planning with internal development teams and external vendors.
• Author and manage epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and capability matrices.
• Facilitate refinement sessions, product demos, and sprint reviews.
• Provide input on project scope, resource planning, and delivery timelines.
• Lead change impact analysis and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, system capabilities, and development execution.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to validate data flows meet product requirements.
