The mission is to deliver safe, on-time, and high-quality outages by synchronizing technical maintenance scope with robust cost control and contract administration. This role ensures all commercial risks are mitigated, budgets (AOP/CAPEX/OPEX) are protected, and resources are optimized to meet defi ned Outage Readiness (ORI) and Execution (OEI) targets.
