Qualifications

• 5–8 years experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
• Strong functional and technical expertise for payroll solutions
• Ability to design, troubleshoot, and optimize payroll formulas
• Experience with data conversion activities and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Payroll Fast Formulas (Earnings, Deductions, Absence, Proration)
• Configure Oracle HCM Payroll modules including Elements and Balances
• Lead UAT, regression, and parallel payroll testing cycles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants
• Provide L2/L3 payroll support and document configurations
