Job summary

EY’s GDS Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant – Oracle HCM / Oracle Payroll (Fast Formulas) to design, develop, and support Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions with a primary focus on Fast Formulas. The role requires strong functional and technical expertise to implement payroll solutions, troubleshoot results, and collaborate across teams on global projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll configuration.
• Strong expertise in Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits, HCM Extract, and Elements).
• Knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, Payroll Flows, and Calculation Cards.
• Strong understanding of payroll legislative rules and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Payroll Fast Formulas (Earnings, Deductions, Absence, Proration, Elements Eligibility Rules, and Validation).
• Configure and support Oracle HCM Payroll modules including Elements, Balances, Payroll Flows, Costing, and QuickPay.
