Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Oracle Finance Specialist (Techno/Functional) to lead end-to-end architecture for Oracle ERP Financials across GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, and tax. You will align with HCM, Procurement, and SCM and drive data flows, integrations, and governance.

The role requires 10+ years of hands-on Oracle ERP Financials experience and multiple end-to-end implementations, leveraging OTBI, BI Publisher, and FBDI. Strong communication and agile delivery skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Financials.
• At least 3 End-to-End Implementations on Oracle ERP (Financials).
• Strong domain understanding of accounting principles, financial operations, and reporting integrity (Quote to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, etc.).
• Familiarity with Oracle Configurations, FBDI (File-Based Data Import), OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integrations Cloud and Oracle Database.
• Experience in Agile delivery and Scrum methodology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule as needed.
• Bonus: Oracle Cloud Certifications are a strong plus!

Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end architecture for Oracle ERP Financials modules, ensuring seamless data flows and integrations with HCM, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management.
• Design and optimize architectures for core finance applications, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Subledger Accounting, and Tax.
• Governance & Compliance: Establish design governance, enforce architecture standards, and ensure system designs support audit requirements and global/local financial regulations.
• Development & Support Oversight: Guide development and support teams through configurations, SIT/UAT testing, data migration, and cutover phases.
• Training: Conduct user training and provide functional support for planning and budgeting cycles.
• Leadership & Communication: Present complex architectural designs to diverse teams while effectively managing stakeholders.
