Job summary

Philtech Inc. seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture for Oracle ERP Financials in our finance domain. You will design seamless data flows, oversee integrations with HCM, Procurement and SCM, and guide both deployment and post go-live support.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, 10+ years in Oracle ERP, and a track record of 3+ end-to-end implementations. You will drive governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor development teams through

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Financials ERP.
• At least 3 End to End Implementation experience on Oracle ERP (Financials).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, Quote to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay.

Job description

• Define the end-to-end architecture for Oracle ERP Financials modules, ensuring seamless data flows and integrations with Human Capital Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management

Module Expertise

• Design and optimize the end-to-end architecture for core finance applications including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM),Subledger Accounting and Tax.

Governance & Compliance

• Establish design governance, ensure system designs support audit requirements global/local financial regulations and enforce architecture standards.

Development / Support Oversight

• Guide development and support team through configurations/ changes, testing(SIT/UAT), data migration and development/cutover phases.
• Conduct user training and provide functional support for planning and budgeting cycles.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and team leadership with the ability to present complex architectural designs to different teams.

QUALIFICATION/ SKILLS REQUIREMENT:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Financials ERP.
• At least 3 End to End Implementation experience on Oracle ERP (Financials).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles . Quote to Cash , Record to Report , Procure to Pay etc.
• Strong domain understanding of accounting principles , financials operations and reporting integrity.
• Knowledge on Oracle Integrations Cloud.
• Knowledge on Oracle Database.
• Familiarity with Oracle Configurations, FBDI (File- Based Data Import), OTBI, BI Publisher
