Job summary

IT Managers Inc. is seeking a senior Oracle ERP Financials architect to design and lead end-to-end Oracle ERP Financials/Fusion solutions for the organization in the Philippines.

The role requires deep expertise in GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, subledger accounting, and tax, with a focus on governance and compliance. The candidate will guide teams through configuration, customization, testing, data migration, and deployment, and provide technical and functional guidance on SaaS

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Financials.
• At least 3 end-to-end Oracle ERP Financials implementations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes, including P2P, Q2C, and R2R.
• Strong understanding of financial operations and reporting integrity.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Database.
• Experience with Oracle Configurations, FBDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Knowledge of Oracle SaaS Functional Architecture, Fusion Security, OCI Architecture, and Integration Architecture.
• Familiarity with Groovy scripting and Oracle SaaS customization/technical configuration.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Design and architect end-to-end solutions for Oracle ERP Financials/Fusion.

• Provide expertise across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting, and Tax.

• Design integrations with HCM, Procurement, and Supply Chain systems.

• Ensure architecture follows financial, audit, compliance, and governance standards.

• Lead and guide teams on configuration, customization, testing, data migration, and deployment.

• Support SIT/UAT, cutover, user training, and production support.

• Provide technical and functional guidance on Oracle SaaS, integrations, security, and reporting.

• Manage stakeholders and communicate complex solutions effectively.
