Job summary

Ascendion in Manila is seeking a Senior Oracle ERP Architect to define and lead the end-to-end architecture for Oracle ERP Financials, ensuring seamless integration across HCM, SCM, Finance and procurement.

You will govern designs, drive auditability and controls, oversee SIT/UAT, data migration, deployment and stabilization, and mentor delivery teams while communicating complex concepts to stakeholders. This on-site role requires strong leadership and deep ERP experience.

Job description

• Define and lead the end-to-end architecture for Oracle ERP Financials.
• Ensure seamless integration and data flow across HCM, Procurement, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Finance.
• Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Oracle Financials Expertise

• Design and optimize solutions across core Oracle Financials modules, including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Tax
• Ensure effective integration across financial modules and related business processes.

Governance & Compliance

• Establish and maintain solution design and architecture governance.
• Ensure Oracle ERP solutions support audit requirements, financial controls, and global/local financial regulations.
• Review solution designs and enforce architecture standards, security, scalability, and best practices.

Development & Support Oversight

• Provide architectural and functional guidance to development and support teams.
• Oversee configuration, customization, SIT/UAT, data migration, deployment, cutover, and stabilization activities.
• Review and approve system changes to ensure alignment with the overall architecture.
• Provide functional support for financial planning and budgeting cycles.
• Conduct user training and knowledge-transfer sessions when required.

Stakeholder Management & Leadership

• Work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, technical teams, vendors, and senior management.
• Translate complex business requirements into effective Oracle ERP solutions.
• Lead architecture discussions, solution reviews, and design decision-making.
• Clearly communicate complex technical and architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
