Job summary

Western Digital Storage Technologies (Philippines) Corp invites experienced professionals to join as Specialist IV, Operations Training in Process Excellence. You will lead design, deployment and sustainment of continuous improvement programs across the Philippines Head Operations, applying AI-augmented problem solving and structured DMAIC methodologies.

You will mentor teams, develop an integrated curriculum, and partner with Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing to deliver measurable cost

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required; Black Belt preferred.
At least 8 years of professional experience in a relevant field, preferably in electronics/manufacturing.
Exposure to Lean Management, Process Excellence, Data Analytics or AI is desirable.

Responsibilities

Architect and own the end-to-end Process Excellence roadmap.
Lead improvement initiatives using AI-enabled Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and DMAIC.
Define, track, and report program KPIs including cost savings and cycle time reduction.
Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to identify high-impact opportunities.
Champion the integration of AI tools into standard problem solving.
Mentor Professionals and Managers in applying CI and AI tools.
Develop and manage innovation pipelines and ideation workflows.
Drive cross-site knowledge sharing within Western Digital Global Operations.
