Job summary

Western Digital is seeking a Specialist IV, Operations Training focused on Process Excellence Program Management to lead end-to-end continuous improvement across Philippine Head Operations. The role blends CI frameworks with AI-enabled problem solving to deliver measurable business impact.

You will mentor professionals, manage an innovation pipeline, and drive AI integration across operations, reporting to senior leaders while building a culture of data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Management, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma, Process Excellence, Data Analytics, AI, or Innovation Management exposure is highly desirable.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Electronics/Semiconductor manufacturing exposure is highly preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required; Black Belt experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own the end-to-end Process Excellence roadmap aligned to strategic priorities.
• Lead and facilitate improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and DMAIC with AI-enabled tools.
• Define, track, and report program KPIs including cost savings, cycle time reduction, yield improvement, and defect elimination.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to identify and prioritize high-impact improvements.
• Champion the integration of AI tools into standard problem-solving for Professionals and Managers.
• Mentor Professionals and Managers in applying CI and AI tools through structured programs.
