Job summary

You will lead cross-functional projects, analyze data, develop dashboards, and guide capital investments for equipment and facility expansion to support growth.

Open to on-site, dayshift roles in Binan City; 8+ years in electronics/manufacturing, strong leadership, and hands-on IE tools are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 8+ years of professional experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Proven capacity planning, layout design and process optimization experience.
• Strong Lean and Six Sigma project experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead capacity planning aligned with production forecasts and growth.
• Design and optimize plant layouts for throughput and space utilization.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs.
• Manage IE projects including layouts, new lines, and capacity expansions; track timelines and budgets.
• Develop dashboards and reports on capacity utilization and operational efficiency.
