Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, business administration or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience; multilateral org experience preferred.
• Strong computer literacy with word processing, spreadsheets and BI/AI familiarity.
• Good interpersonal and cross-cultural skills.
• Knowledge of ADB methods for TA/loan processing and safeguards is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with ADB procedures and TL2 competency framework is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for SD3-HSD activities and project administration.
• Process loan, grant and TA documents in line with ADB templates and style.
• Monitor milestone processing events and report delays to supervisors.
• Support programming, processing, and administration of TA/loan/grant projects.
• Use SovOps/IDS and IT tools to compile and analyze data for reports.
• Assist on mission preparation and event organization.
• Provide backup support to other operations assistants as needed.
• Apply work procedures and guidance to junior staff.
