A manpower service provider in Taguig seeks an experienced team manager with at least five years of experience in leadership. The candidate will oversee the operations team across the Philippines and manage a small case load to ensure high-quality service delivery. Strong leadership skills and impeccable spoken and written English are required for effective communication. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree and be able to pass a police check. Qualificações

• At least 1 year of experience in the field (Administrative Role).
• Minimum five years' experience managing a team.
• Must pass police check.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and oversee the Whole Philippines team, specifically the operations team and clinical.
• Initially manage a small case load of 5 clients to understand.
• Provide leadership, support, and mentoring of the team ensuring high quality service delivery.
